What's G?
At first I thought the "G" was God. I was, like, wow, I didn't know Jeter was religious.
Then I thought it was Nike, cause they could get away with something this blind and pretentious.
Um, then it ended up it was, get this, Gatorade.
Whew, Coke escapes Slumdog Millionaire
According to Ad Week, Mercedes would not provide a vehicle for use in the film and Coke would not let its brand appear.
In one scene. the orphan brothers are being lured by an adult offering ice-cold Cokes. While the labels were altered to remove the logo, the distinctive shape and red label said "Coke" loud and clear. And a Mercedes appeared in a crucial scene of the film where it was stripped by a band of street urchins.
I just saw the film and it was pretty awesome.

Good Riddance 2008
I've tried to start a blog before, but this time I'm really going to do it.
Me and millions of others who are starting their blogs on January 1st 2009.Why will mine be more interesting? Because I have been a born hater since my youth.
My aim is not to hate on people, but to use "hate" as a tool for love. Specifically, as a tool to bring out what is good and wag a finger, to use Stephen Colbert's phrase, at what is artificial and lame.
I will not always be right, but I hope to always be me.
